Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products in our collection (ankle boots, Chelsea boots, lace-up styles, golf shoes, and accessories) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we process your return
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
