Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Our collection of ankle boots, Chelsea boots, lace-up styles, golf shoes, and accessories are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and protective coverings attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

  • For exchanges, new items ship after return processing

Damaged or Defective Items
